Textile Cells
Since my concussion and the resulting significant reading/comprehension barriers, my science learning has become primarily visual. These cells are an expression of my nostalgia and love for first learning biology in high school and how heavily image based that learning was.
All of the rugs shown here are made entirely by hand using a punch needle, and as a result are made through a slow process over many hours.
